North American Free Trade Agreement The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) is a trilateral agreement between Canada, Mexico and the United States. Under this agreement, suppliers to Rolls-Royce Canada and Corporation are required to provide their customers with a completed NAFTA Certificate of Origin for all commercial goods imported from a NAFTA Country that qualify under the provisions of the NAFTA. The supplier is responsible for completing the Certificate of Origin with truthful & accurate information, as described under the rules of Article 401 of the Agreement.
