Documents updated April 2008
The purpose of SABRe is to formally communicate our requirements and expectations
to the supply chain, both in terms of performance and improvement. SABRe
is available to view on this site.
Based around the stages of the product life cycle, these documents and
associated forms and training materials are freely available on this website.
It is the responsibility of each supplier to become part of this vision
and to align their own business practices to deliver the excellence required.
SABRe is therefore the foundation of the customer
/ supplier relationship.
These documents and processes are essential for the achievement of the
Rolls-Royce vision, defining the way that Rolls-Royce suppliers will be
selected, managed, evaluated and developed.
They are updated every six months to give you access to all the information
you need to meet our expectations.
It is also the responsibility of each supplier to establish processes
which ensure compliance with SABRe requirements and measure their internal
performance accordingly.
