Near Miss (HS&E) |
A non-injury incident, which had significant potential for damage or loss to people, property or the environment. |
Non-conformance |
Any aspect of the product which does not conform to the
drawing, specification or contractual / customer requirement. This could
equally apply to a new part, or a repair which has been incorrectly implemented
- although also referred to as a "variance" in the repair
process. |

The individual or forum authorised and responsible for

Testing (NDT) |
Methodology for evaluating material integrity which do
