Primary packaging is applied to individual products, which can be manually handled (exceptions small parts). The product itself shall remain contained within its primary packing from supplier despatch through to final end user and must be appropriate / robust enough to ensure protection from damage, deterioration, corrosion, tampering & other risks during storage and manual handling operations. |
