Forgotten your logon details or locked yourself out of the system?
Contact the SDRO team by email giving your user ID and company vendor code and they will arrange for your account to be unlocked or your password to be reset. SDRO administrator details are listed to the right of this page.

Need to change your password?
When creating a new password the rules are that they must consist of 8 and not more than 14 characters.
Passwords should include:
a) 1 lower case character, and,
b) 1 upper case character, and,
c) 1 number, and,
d) 1 special character.

System time out
Users of the SDRO need to be aware that there is a systems time out facility associated with this service. If you are logged in, but leave your PC unattended/inactive for a period existing 15 minutes, the system is set to time out. It will then be necessary for you to log on again in order to access specifications once more.
